SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SEC61B (SEC61 translocon subunit beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SEC61B qPCR Primer Set – SEC61 translocon subunit beta
About this gene: The Sec61 complex is the central component of the protein translocation apparatus of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Oligomers of the Sec61 complex form a transmembrane channel where proteins are translocated across and integrated into the ER membrane. This complex consists of three membrane proteins- alpha, beta, and gamma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10952; HGNC ID: HGNC:16993; UniProt: P60468; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006808.3; Chromosome location: 9q22.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
