About this gene: The SEC24C protein belongs to the SEC24 subfamily of the SEC23/SEC24 family, which is involved in vesicle trafficking. The SEC24C protein has similarity to yeast Sec24p component of COPII. COPII is the coat protein complex responsible for vesicle budding from the ER. The product of SEC24C may play a role in shaping the vesicle.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
