About this gene: The SEC24B protein belongs to the SEC24 subfamily of the SEC23/SEC24 family, which is involved in vesicle trafficking. The SEC24B protein is believed to be a cargo-binding component of the COPII vesicle, and is believed to be involved in the transport of secretory proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. Mutations in SEC24B have been linked to neural tube defects, and are thought to be a result of a disruption in interactions with the protein encoded by the VANGL planar cell polarity protein 2 gene.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
