About this gene: The SEC13 protein belongs to the SEC13 family of WD-repeat proteins. The SEC13 gene product is a constituent of the endoplasmic reticulum and the nuclear pore complex. The SEC13 gene product has similarity to the yeast SEC13 protein, which is required for vesicle biogenesis from endoplasmic reticulum during the transport of proteins.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
