About this gene: TSHZ1 encodes a colon cancer antigen that was defined by serological analysis of recombinant cDNA expression libraries. The TSHZ1 protein belongs to the teashirt C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and may be involved in transcriptional regulation of developmental processes. Mutations in TSHZ1 may be linked to congenital aural atresia syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
