Human UTP14A qPCR Primer Set – UTP14A small subunit processome component
Also known as: NYCO16, SDCCAG16, Utp14, dJ537K23.3
About this gene: UTP14A belongs to the uridine triphosphate 14 family. As an essential component of a large ribonucleoprotein complex bound to the U3 small nucleolar RNA, the UTP14A protein is involved in ribosome biogenesis and 18S rRNA synthesis. An autosomal retrotransposed copy of this X-linked gene exists on chromosome 13.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10813; HGNC ID: HGNC:10665; UniProt: Q9BVJ6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006649.4; Chromosome location: Xq26.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
