SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SDCBP2 (syndecan binding protein 2, also called SITAC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SDCBP2 qPCR Primer Set – syndecan binding protein 2
Also known as: SITAC, SITAC18, ST-2, ST2
About this gene: The SDCBP2 protein contains two class II PDZ domains. PDZ domains facilitate protein-protein interactions by binding to the cytoplasmic C-terminus of transmembrane proteins, and PDZ-containing proteins mediate cell signaling and the organization of protein complexes. The SDCBP2 protein binds to phosphatidylinositol 4, 5-bisphosphate and is involved in nuclear PIP2 organization and cell division.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27111; HGNC ID: HGNC:15756; UniProt: Q9H190; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080489.5; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
