SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SCRT1 (scratch family transcriptional repressor 1, also called SCRT) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SCRT1 qPCR Primer Set – scratch family transcriptional repressor 1
Also known as: SCRT, ZNF898
About this gene: SCRT1 encodes a C2H2-type zinc finger transcriptional repressor that binds to E-box motifs. The SCRT1 protein may promote neural differention and may be involved in cancers with neuroendocrine features.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83482; HGNC ID: HGNC:15950; UniProt: Q9BWW7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031309.6; Chromosome location: 8q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
