About this gene: Scrapie-responsive gene 1 is linked to neurodegenerative changes observed in transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. The SCRG1 gene product may play a role in host response to prion-associated infections. The scrapie responsive protein 1 may be partly included in the membrane or secreted by the cells due to its hydrophobic N-terminus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
