SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SCNN1D (sodium channel epithelial 1 subunit delta, also called ENaCD) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SCNN1D qPCR Primer Set – sodium channel epithelial 1 subunit delta
Also known as: ENaCd, ENaCdelta, SCNED, dNaCh
About this gene: Contributes to sodium channel activity. It is involved in cellular response to acidic pH; intracellular sodium ion homeostasis; and sodium ion import across plasma membrane. Is active in apical plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6339; HGNC ID: HGNC:10601; UniProt: P51172; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001130413.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
