SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SCNN1B (sodium channel epithelial 1 subunit beta, also called ENaCB) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SCNN1B qPCR Primer Set – sodium channel epithelial 1 subunit beta
Also known as: BESC1, ENaCb, ENaCbeta, LIDLS1, PHA1B2, SCNEB, beta-ENaC, beta-NaCH
About this gene: Nonvoltage-gated, amiloride-sensitive, sodium channels control fluid and electrolyte transport across epithelia in many organs. These channels are heteromeric complexes consisting of 3 subunits: alpha, beta, and gamma. SCNN1B encodes a beta subunit, and mutations in SCNN1B have been linked to pseudohypoaldosteronism type 1, and Liddle syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6338; HGNC ID: HGNC:10600; UniProt: P51168; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000336.3; Chromosome location: 16p12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
