About this gene: BGN belongs to the small leucine-rich proteoglycan family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein, which is involved in bone growth, muscle development and regeneration, and collagen fibril assembly in multiple tissues. The BGN protein may also regulate inflammation and innate immunity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
