About this gene: The SCARF1 protein is a scavenger receptor that is expressed in endothelial cells. The SCARF1 gene product regulates the uptake of chemically modified low density lipoproteins, including acetylated low density lipoprotein, and it may be involved in atherogenesis. SCARF1 is regulated by the transcription factors ZNF444/EZF-2 and SP1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
