About this gene: SCARA3 encodes a macrophage scavenger receptor-like protein. The SCARA3 protein is reported to deplete reactive oxygen species, and thus play an important role in protecting cells from oxidative stress. The expression of SCARA3 is induced by oxidative stress.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
