About this gene: The Golgi complex is central to the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. The ACBD3 protein is involved in the maintenance of Golgi structure and function through its interaction with the integral membrane protein giantin. The ACBD3 gene product may also be involved in the hormonal regulation of steroid formation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
