SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SAMD4B (sterile alpha motif domain containing 4B, also called hSmaug2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SAMD4B qPCR Primer Set – sterile alpha motif domain containing 4B
Also known as: SMGB, Smaug2
About this gene: SAMD4B enables RNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly tail shortening. It is predicted to act upstream of or within cerebellar neuron development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55095; HGNC ID: HGNC:25492; UniProt: Q5PRF9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001384574.2; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
