About this gene: The SALL1 protein is a zinc finger transcriptional repressor and may be part of the NuRD histone deacetylase complex. Defects in SALL1 are a cause of Townes-Brocks syndrome as well as bronchio-oto-renal syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
