About this gene: The protein encoded by SAFB2, along with its paralog, is a repressor of estrogen receptor alpha. The SAFB2 protein binds scaffold/matrix attachment region DNA and is involved in cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, differentiation, the stress response, and regulation of immune genes.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
