SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SACS (sacsin molecular chaperone) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SACS qPCR Primer Set – sacsin molecular chaperone
Also known as: ARSACS, DNAJC29, PPP1R138, SPAX6
About this gene: SACS encodes a sacsin protein, which includes a UbL domain at the N-terminus, a DnaJ domain, and a HEPN domain at the C-terminus. The gene is highly expressed in the central nervous system, also found in skin, skeletal muscles and at low levels in the pancreas. SACS includes a very large exon spanning more than 12.8 kb.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26278; HGNC ID: HGNC:10519; UniProt: Q9NZJ4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014363.6; Chromosome location: 13q12.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
