Human SACM1L qPCR Primer Set – SAC1 like phosphatidylinositide phosphatase
Also known as: SAC1
About this gene: SACM1L encodes a integral membrane protein, which is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, and acts as a phosphoinositide phosphatase that hydrolyzes phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate, phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate, and phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate. Deletion of SACM1L in mouse leads to preimplantation lethality. Other studies suggest that SACM1L is also involved in the organization of golgi membranes and mitotic spindles.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22908; HGNC ID: HGNC:17059; UniProt: Q9NTJ5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014016.5; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
