SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADCY10 (adenylate cyclase 10, also called sAC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADCY10 qPCR Primer Set – adenylate cyclase 10
Also known as: HCA2, HEL-S-7a, SAC, SACI, Sacy, hsAC
About this gene: The ADCY10 protein belongs to a distinct class of adenylyl cyclases that is soluble and insensitive to G protein or forskolin regulation. Activity of this protein is regulated by bicarbonate. Variation at ADCY10 has been observed in patients with absorptive hypercalciuria.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55811; HGNC ID: HGNC:21285; UniProt: Q96PN6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018417.6; Chromosome location: 1q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
