About this gene: RTN4 belongs to the family of reticulon encoding genes. Reticulons are linked to the endoplasmic reticulum, and are involved in neuroendocrine secretion or in membrane trafficking in neuroendocrine cells. The product of RTN4 is a potent neurite outgrowth inhibitor which may also help block the regeneration of the central nervous system in higher vertebrates.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
