SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RTCA (RNA 3'-terminal phosphate cyclase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RTCA qPCR Primer Set – RNA 3'-terminal phosphate cyclase
Also known as: RPC, RTC1, RTCD1
About this gene: RTCA belongs to the RNA 3'-phosphate cyclase family. The RTCA protein is involved in RNA metabolism by catalyzing the ATP-dependent conversion of the 3'-phosphate of RNA substrates to a 2',3'-cyclic phosphodiester.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8634; HGNC ID: HGNC:17981; UniProt: O00442; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003729.4; Chromosome location: 1p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
