SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RSRC1 (arginine and serine rich coiled-coil 1, also called SRrp53) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RSRC1 qPCR Primer Set – arginine and serine rich coiled-coil 1
Also known as: BM-011, MRT70, SFRS21, SRrp53
About this gene: RSRC1 belongs to the serine and arginine rich-related protein family. The RSRC1 protein is involved in both constitutive and alternative mRNA splicing. RSRC1 may be linked to schizophrenia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51319; HGNC ID: HGNC:24152; UniProt: Q96IZ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001271838.2; Chromosome location: 3q25.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
