Human RSPH3 qPCR Primer Set – radial spoke head 3
Also known as: CILD32, RSHL2, RSP3, dJ111C20.1
About this gene: The RSPH3 protein acts as a protein kinase A anchoring protein. Mutations in RSPH3 cause primary ciliary dyskinesia; a disorder characterized by defects of the axoneme in motile cilia and sperm flagella. The homolog of RSPH3 was first identified in the blue-green algae Chlamydomonas as encoding a radial spoke protein that formed a structural component of motile cilia and flagella.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83861; HGNC ID: HGNC:21054; UniProt: Q86UC2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031924.8; Chromosome location: 6q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
