SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RSPH6A (radial spoke head 6 homolog A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RSPH6A qPCR Primer Set – radial spoke head 6 homolog A
Also known as: RSHL1, RSP4, RSP6, RSPH4B
About this gene: The RSPH6A protein is similar to a sea urchin radial spoke head protein. In Chlamydomonas, radial spoke proteins are thought to regulate the activity of dynein and the symmetry of flagellar bending patterns. RSPH6A maps to a region of chromosome 19 that is linked to primary ciliary dyskinesia-2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81492; HGNC ID: HGNC:14241; UniProt: Q9H0K4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030785.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
