About this gene: The protein encoded by this intronless gene inhibits the expression of the solute carrier family 5, member 1 gene and downregulates exocytosis of the SLC5A1 protein. The DDI2 protein is sometimes found coating the trans-Golgi network and other times is localized to the nucleus, depending on the cell cycle stage. The DDI2 protein also inhibits the expression of solute carrier family 22, member 2.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
