SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RRS1 (regulator of ribosome synthesis 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human RRS1 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of ribosome synthesis 1
About this gene: RRS1 enables 5S rRNA binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment; protein localization to nucleolus; and ribosomal large subunit assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23212; HGNC ID: HGNC:17083; UniProt: Q15050; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015169.4; Chromosome location: 8q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
