About this gene: RRBP1 encodes a ribosome-binding protein of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Studies suggest that RRBP1 is involved in ER proliferation, secretory pathways and secretory cell differentiation, and mediation of ER-microtubule interactions. Splicing of the tandem repeats leads to variations in ribosome-binding affinity and secretory function.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
