SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RRAD (RRAD, Ras related glycolysis inhibitor and calcium channel regulator, also called RAD1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RRAD qPCR Primer Set – RRAD, Ras related glycolysis inhibitor and calcium channel regulator
Also known as: RAD, REM3
About this gene: RRAD is predicted to enable GTP binding activity and calcium channel regulator activity. It is predicted to be involved in small GTPase-mediated signal transduction. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6236; HGNC ID: HGNC:10446; UniProt: P55042; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004165.3; Chromosome location: 16q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
