SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPP38 (ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p38) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPP38 qPCR Primer Set – ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p38
About this gene: RPP38 enables ribonuclease P RNA binding activity. Contributes to ribonuclease P activity. It is involved in tRNA 5'-leader removal.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10557; HGNC ID: HGNC:30329; UniProt: P78345; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_183005.5; Chromosome location: 10p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
