SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPP14 (ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPP14 qPCR Primer Set – ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p14
Also known as: P14
About this gene: RPP14 encodes a subunit of ribonuclease P and has 3' to 5' exoribonuclease activity. Transcripts for RPP14 are bicistronic and include a conserved downstream open reading frame for the hydroxyacyl-thioester dehydratase type 2 gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11102; HGNC ID: HGNC:30327; UniProt: O95059; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007042.6; Chromosome location: 3p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
