SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPL5 (ribosomal protein L5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPL5 qPCR Primer Set – ribosomal protein L5
Also known as: L5, MSTP030, PPP1R135, uL18
About this gene: Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of four RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPL5 belongs to the L18P family of ribosomal proteins and component of the 60S subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6125; HGNC ID: HGNC:10360; UniProt: P46777; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000969.5; Chromosome location: 1p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
