SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPL37 (ribosomal protein L37, also called G1.16) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPL37 qPCR Primer Set – ribosomal protein L37
Also known as: L37, eL37
About this gene: Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPL37 encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6167; HGNC ID: HGNC:10347; UniProt: P61927; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000997.5; Chromosome location: 5p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
