Human BCL7B qPCR Primer Set – BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit BCL7B
Also known as: SMARCJ2
About this gene: BCL7B belongs to the BCL7 family including BCL7A, BCL7B and BCL7C proteins. This member is BCL7B, which contains a region that is highly similar to the N-terminal segment of BCL7A or BCL7C proteins. The BCL7A protein is encoded by the gene known to be directly involved in a three-way gene translocation in a Burkitt lymphoma cell line.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9275; HGNC ID: HGNC:1005; UniProt: Q9BQE9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001707.4; Chromosome location: 7q11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
