SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPGRIP1 (RPGR interacting protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPGRIP1 qPCR Primer Set – RPGR interacting protein 1
Also known as: CORD13, LCA6, RGI1, RGRIP, RPGRIP, RPGRIP1d
About this gene: RPGRIP1 encodes a photoreceptor protein that interacts with retinitis pigmentosa GTPase regulator protein and is a key component of cone and rod photoreceptor cells. Mutations in RPGRIP1 lead to autosomal recessive congenital blindness.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57096; HGNC ID: HGNC:13436; UniProt: Q96KN7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020366.4; Chromosome location: 14q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
