SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human POLR3G (RNA polymerase III subunit G, also called RPC32) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human POLR3G qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase III subunit G
Also known as: C31, RPC32, RPC7
About this gene: POLR3G enables chromatin binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of innate immune response; positive regulation of interferon-beta production; and transcription by RNA polymerase III. Acts upstream of or within cell population proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10622; HGNC ID: HGNC:30075; UniProt: O15318; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006467.3; Chromosome location: 5q14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
