Human POLR3B qPCR Primer Set – RNA polymerase III subunit B

Also known as: C128, CMT1I, HLD8, INMAP, RPC2

About this gene: POLR3B encodes a second largest subunit of RNA polymerase III, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing transfer and small ribosomal RNAs in eukaryotes. The largest subunit and the POLR3B protein form the catalytic center of RNA polymerase III. Mutations in POLR3B are a cause of hypomyelinating leukodystrophy.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55703; HGNC ID: HGNC:30348; UniProt: Q9NW08; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018082.6; Chromosome location: 12q23.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
