SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RP1 (RP1 axonemal microtubule associated) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RP1 qPCR Primer Set – RP1 axonemal microtubule associated
Also known as: DCDC4A, ORP1
About this gene: RP1 belongs to the doublecortin family. The RP1 protein contains two doublecortin domains, which bind microtubules and regulate microtubule polymerization. The RP1 protein is a photoreceptor microtubule-associated protein and is required for correct stacking of outer segment disc.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6101; HGNC ID: HGNC:10263; UniProt: P56715; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006269.2; Chromosome location: 8q11.23-q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
