Human RORB qPCR Primer Set – RAR related orphan receptor B
Also known as: EIG15, NR1F2, ROR-BETA, RORbeta, RZR-BETA, RZRB, bA133M9.1
About this gene: The RORB protein belongs to the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. The RORB gene product is a DNA-binding protein that can bind as a monomer or as a homodimer to hormone response elements upstream of multiple genes to enhance the expression of those genes. The RORB protein is reported to interact with NM23-2, a nucleoside diphosphate kinase involved in organogenesis and differentiation, and to help regulate the expression of some genes involved in circadian rhythm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6096; HGNC ID: HGNC:10259; UniProt: Q92753; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006914.4; Chromosome location: 9q21.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
