Human RORA qPCR Primer Set – RAR related orphan receptor A
Also known as: IDDECA, NR1F1, ROR1, ROR2, ROR3, RORa1, RORalpha, RZR-ALPHA, RZRA
About this gene: The RORA protein belongs to the NR1 subfamily of nuclear hormone receptors. The RORA gene product can bind as a monomer or as a homodimer to hormone response elements upstream of multiple genes to enhance the expression of those genes. The RORA protein is reported to interact with NM23-2, a nucleoside diphosphate kinase involved in organogenesis and differentiation, as well as with NM23-1, the product of a tumor metastasis suppressor candidate gene.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6095; HGNC ID: HGNC:10258; UniProt: P35398; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_134261.3; Chromosome location: 15q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
