SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ROR2 (ROR family WNT receptor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ROR2 qPCR Primer Set – ROR family WNT receptor 2
Also known as: BDB, BDB1, NTRKR2, RRS1
About this gene: The ROR2 protein is a receptor protein tyrosine kinase and type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. The protein may be involved in the early formation of the chondrocytes and may be required for cartilage and growth plate development. Mutations in ROR2 can cause brachydactyly type B, a skeletal disorder characterized by hypoplasia/aplasia of distal phalanges and nails.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4920; HGNC ID: HGNC:10257; UniProt: Q01974; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004560.4; Chromosome location: 9q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
