SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BCL3 (BCL3 transcription coactivator) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BCL3 qPCR Primer Set – BCL3 transcription coactivator
Also known as: BCL4, D19S37
About this gene: BCL3 is a proto-oncogene candidate. The BCL3 gene product is identified by its translocation into the immunoglobulin alpha-locus in some cases of B-cell leukemia. The BCL3 protein contains seven ankyrin repeats, which are most closely related to those found in I kappa B proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 602; HGNC ID: HGNC:998; UniProt: P20749; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005178.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
