SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PTBP3 (polypyrimidine tract binding protein 3, also called Rod1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PTBP3 qPCR Primer Set – polypyrimidine tract binding protein 3
Also known as: ROD1
About this gene: The PTBP3 protein binds RNA and is a regulator of cell differentiation. The PTBP3 protein preferentially binds to poly and poly sequences in vitro.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9991; HGNC ID: HGNC:10253; UniProt: O95758; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001163788.4; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
