SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RRP9 (ribosomal RNA processing 9, U3 small nucleolar RNA binding protein, also called U3-55K) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RRP9 qPCR Primer Set – ribosomal RNA processing 9, U3 small nucleolar RNA binding protein
Also known as: RNU3IP2, U3-55K
About this gene: RRP9 belongs to the WD-repeat protein family. The RRP9 protein is a component of the nucleolar small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particle and is essential for 18s rRNA processing during ribosome synthesis. The RRP9 gene product contains seven WD domains required for nucleolar localization and specific interaction with the U3 small nucleolar RNA.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9136; HGNC ID: HGNC:16829; UniProt: O43818; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004704.5; Chromosome location: 3p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
