SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TMED2 (transmembrane p24 trafficking protein 2, also called p24) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TMED2 qPCR Primer Set – transmembrane p24 trafficking protein 2
Also known as: P24A, RNP24, p24, p24b1, p24beta1
About this gene: TMED2 is predicted to enable frizzled binding activity and smoothened binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of GTPase activity; protein localization to plasma membrane; and regulation of cargo loading into COPII-coated vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10959; HGNC ID: HGNC:16996; UniProt: Q15363; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006815.4; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
