SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNFT2 (ring finger protein, transmembrane 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNFT2 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein, transmembrane 2
Also known as: TMEM118
About this gene: RNFT2 is predicted to enable ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of ERAD pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84900; HGNC ID: HGNC:25905; UniProt: Q96EX2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001382266.1; Chromosome location: 12q24.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
