About this gene: The RNF7 protein is a highly conserved ring finger protein. The RNF7 protein interacts with, and is a substrate of, casein kinase II. The phosphorylation of this protein by CSNK2A1 is reported to promote the degradation of IkappaBalpha and p27Kip1.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
