SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF4 (ring finger protein 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF4 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 4
Also known as: RES4-26, SLX5, SNURF
About this gene: The RNF4 protein contains a RING finger motif and acts as a transcription regulator. The RNF4 protein is reported to interact with, and inhibit the activity of, TRPS1, a transcription suppressor of GATA-mediated transcription. Transcription repressor ZNF278/PATZ is found to interact with this protein, and thus reduce the enhancement of androgen receptor-dependent transcription mediated by this protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6047; HGNC ID: HGNC:10067; UniProt: P78317; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002938.5; Chromosome location: 4p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
