SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF39 (ring finger protein 39) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF39 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 39
Also known as: FAP216, HZF, HZFW, LIRF
About this gene: RNF39 lies within the major histocompatibility complex class I region on chromosome 6. Studies of a similar rat protein suggest that RNF39 encodes a protein that is involved in an early phase of synaptic plasticity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80352; HGNC ID: HGNC:18064; UniProt: Q9H2S5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025236.4; Chromosome location: 6p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
